Pallmilla offers 60-day free returns for eligible defective items. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a clear product issue, we can help with a refund, exchange, or suitable replacement solution.
Return Window
You may contact us within 60 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or arrives with a clear product issue. Requests made after 60 days may not be eligible for a free return, refund, or exchange.
What Is Eligible
We accept refund or exchange requests for defective items, damaged items, or products that arrive with a confirmed issue related to manufacturing, material condition, or order accuracy.
- The item must have been purchased directly from Pallmilla.
- The issue must be reported within 60 days of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos may be required so we can review the issue quickly.
- Your order number or checkout email must be provided to verify the purchase.
What May Not Be Eligible
Some requests may not qualify for a free return, refund, or exchange if the product issue is not related to a defect or delivery condition.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or accidental impact.
- Items not purchased directly from Pallmilla.
- Requests submitted after the 60-day return window.
Free Return Process
To start a return, contact us at support@pallmilla.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the defective item.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the next steps. The return address will be communicated during the return process, so please do not send any item back before receiving instructions from our support team.
Exchanges
If your item is defective and an exchange is approved, we may offer a replacement of the same item or a suitable alternative depending on stock availability. If the original item is unavailable, we will work with you on another solution.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, Pallmilla will process the refund within approximately 5 business days. Refunds are normally issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment service may require additional time to post the refund to your account after it has been processed by us.
Return Shipping
For approved defective-item returns within the 60-day window, Pallmilla provides a free return process. Any return shipping label, shipping instructions, or return address details will be shared with you during the approved return process.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but cancellation may not be possible once an order has started processing or has already shipped.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or part of your order is missing, contact us within 60 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of what you received so we can review and resolve the issue.
