Shipping with Pallmilla

Pallmilla ships orders within the United States only. We use trusted shipping carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx, and most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after processing.
Where We Ship
At this time, Pallmilla ships only to addresses located in the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, freight forwarding support, or delivery to countries outside the United States.
Order Cut-Off Time
All orders placed before 4:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders received after 4:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
Processing Time
After your order is placed, we begin preparing it for shipment. Most orders are ready to ship within 0–1 business day. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, quality checks, weekends, holidays, or busy seasonal periods.
You will receive an order confirmation after checkout, and tracking information will be shared when your order is ready for shipment.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped with UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on your location, product availability, and the best available shipping route. The carrier used for your order will be shown in your tracking details once the shipment is prepared.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most Pallmilla orders are delivered within an estimated 2–5 business days from the time your order ships. This timeframe includes carrier handling and delivery movement within the United States.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, incorrect address information, high shipping volume, local delivery issues, or other events outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
A unique tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout as soon as your order ships. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey in real time. Please allow a short time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
If tracking has not updated for several days, this does not always mean the package is lost. Carrier scans can sometimes be delayed while the package is still moving through the network.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Pallmilla is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has started processing or shipped.
Delayed, Missing, or Returned Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will help review the tracking status. If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, your building office, and the carrier first.
Packages returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or unclaimed shipment may require additional handling or reshipping steps.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown during checkout before you complete payment. Any available shipping promotions or free shipping offers will also be reflected at checkout when eligible.
